Design files provided by Need Custom Packaging are for low-resolution use only. For higher resolution files, please contact our sales department.
Artwork submitted by customers must be in CMYK format with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Need Custom Packaging is not responsible for color changes or quality issues resulting from customer-provided artwork.
Customers are responsible for approving the final design and specifications of their orders. Need Custom Packaging is not liable for any errors or discrepancies that are not identified by the customer during the proofing process.
Our products are not food-grade unless specified otherwise. Customers must inform us of any specific requirements regarding paper stock before placing an order.
Indemnity:
You agree to indemnify and defend Need Custom Packaging against any claims arising from your breach of these terms and conditions or your use of our products.
Orders can be canceled at different stages of production, but cancellation fees may apply. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more information.
Refunds are not available for design-related services once an order has been successfully placed.
All sales are final. Refunds or credits will only be issued in the event of an error on the part of Need Custom Packaging.
Customers must notify us of any defects or damages within three business days of order delivery to be eligible for replacement products.
Shipping options and delivery times are outlined on our website. Need Custom Packaging is not liable for any delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
We observe certain holidays throughout the year, during which our operations may be affected.
