Here, we wil share comprehensive details on this policy. It’s important to remember that returns and refunds are valid only for defective items.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns and Refunds

  1. Damaged or Defective Products: If your custom packaging arrive damaged or defective due to our company, we offer replacement without an additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order to qualify for a refund or replacement.
  2. Incorrect Customization: We will issue a refund or remake packaging if they don’t align with your customization requirements.
  3. Report within 7 Days: If you have noted an accuracy or quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a return or refund.

Non-Returnable Packaging

The following products can be returned due to customization.

  • Already processed and shipped orders.
  • The design has been approved, and the order is processed.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Customers have 4 hours to cancel their orders after approval.
  • Clients have to pay a 5% fee in case of cancellation after processing.
  • The time duration for order cancellation is 12 to 24 hours.
  • No refund after the press department has started the work on your order.

How to Request a Return or a Refund

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are usually processed within 5-10 business days using the same payment method used for orders when the issue has been resolved.

Shipping Costs for Returns

We will bear all returning costs if the reason is damaged or defective. However, you will be responsible for shipping expenses on returning items for other reasons like change of mind.
